Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipping

The shipping of your order is based on size, weight and location. You will be contacted with actual shipping costs after your purchase has been confirmed. We currently use Canada Post, UPS and Loomis across Canada.

The shipping of in-stock items is within 3-5 days of order.  Confirmation email and tracking will be forwarded once shipped.

Firearms are shipped ground only via Loomis Secure Waybill, chain of signature required.  We cannot ship firearms to a PO Box.

Shipping of Firearms will be quoted separately with verification of PAL.

International Shipping

International Sales of controlled items do require a Canadian Export Permit.  Please contact for details.

Canadian Export Permit approval time 8-12 weeks upon submission of all required documents.

We do ship parts and accessories to the USA via Canada Post.

Firearm shipments are sent via Borderview Services to the USA.

Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item please contact us so we can assist you. You can return unopened items* in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

* Does not include custom firearms or specialty items and services please contact for assistance.

The customer is responsible for return shipping to PGWDTI.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Please contact for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and ship-to address.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, regarding the return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. We will provide a ship-to address and RMA number.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.


Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include Custom Firearms, specialty items and services.  Please contact for the resolution of any issue arising from Custom Orders.
